I've dealt with lies, bad coverage, no bars in more places, giant overage fees and several other frustrations but the fact that no-one will even speak to me to check what's wrong with your unlock code site is unacceptable. If the call is ever dropped there should be no reason a Engineer or support staff can't call back. Overall the other bad fact Engineers purposely hanging up on customers when you pull up my account and see my phone number when I call in. The fact that your support has only gotten worse just reinforces why I should cancel my service. What's worse the moral guidance of managers apparently is only worse. It's fine if there's a delay with the unlock code but the fact that support refuses to help, is rude and hangs up on customers is unacceptable.

I have spoken to a Regional Support manager previously and if given a chance I would like to do so or speak to someoone who can actually talk to me about the account. SUPPOSEDLY a manager directed the on-call Engineer to brush me off. After holding non-stop they still refused to answer the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and the Engineer put me on hold then hung up the callĬall 3 -> I call in to ask for a manager and he refuses to get me a manager, I have to keep insisting to get a Manager on the phone and they refuse to answer the phone. I received no emails for the unlock even though the Engineer claimed it was sent. From the account I was told that it was sent out and was told condenscendingly as if I didn't check my email. Submit 2 -> I submit again and still get no codeĬall 2 -> I call in inquiring about the unlock codes. Submit 1 -> I submit the request and it's well over 48 hours and I get no unlock code Needless to say I had to search for the link to actually get the correct unlock site I was explicitely told this would take approximately 24 hours and to go to the att.com/unlock site to unlock the phone and the call was abrupt.

At this time I've been a long term customer with AT&T since the Cingular buyout and I have only had terrible support from AT&T as they lack any Technical Knowledge or Supprot in their Technical Support.Ĭall 1 -> I call in to inquire about unlocking a old out of contract phone.
